There is our large free car park for a number of vehicles, south facing garden terrace area for eating out or relaxing on sun loungers. Now with Hot Tub and Large Masonry BBQ. It is superbly positioned with great access to roads but with far reaching views over beautiful countryside.
The property is Pet Friendly for responsible owners, with dog walking area and closed in garden. In a great location with the village of Llandegla having a local pub and shop within walking distance, plus some of the best Welsh countryside on your doorstep. 5 Mins from horseshoe pass, 15 mins from Llangollen, 35 mins from Chester, 36 mins from Snowdonia National Park and many more.

The property has a travel cot (you would need to provide the bedding for the cot).

We are on a road so care is needed.
Are Pets allowed? YES
Responsible pet owners and their well behaved pets are allowed subject to the information below.
Any pets not accepted in writing at the time of BOOKING will NOT be allowed into the property.
1. You must not allow pets on beds or on furniture within the Property.
2. Pets must not be left alone in the Property at any time.
3. You should remove all traces (inside and outside) from the Property of pet occupation before you Guests' vacate the Property at the end of the Holiday Period.
4. Anytime we have to attend the property, for example arrival, repairs, Hot Tub checks, check out etc all pets must be on leads and under owners control. We have had a incident were a guests dog attacked and bit one of our staff.
5. Guests will be liable for all damage caused by their pets.
Please note: We are on a road, so care is needed.
Is smoking allowed? NO
Smoking is not allowed inside any part of the building or in the hot tub area.
Parties and events allowed? YES
Family parties such as Birthday Anniversary etc are allowed.
We ask guests to respect the property and not to have rowdy parties.
When can we use the Hot Tub?
The hot tub can be used between the hours of 8:00am to 11:00pm. There are hot tub rules and guidance that guests will have to sign and agree to use the hot tub. See Hot Tub page for details.
Is there a security deposit to pay? YES
There is a £200 security deposit. The deposit can be paid by BACS prior to arrival or cash on arrival. We will return any deposit within 14 days (normally within a few days), as soon as we are able to fully check the property and confirm there is no damage.
How many guests can stay in the property? 10
A maximum of TEN guests are allowed to stay in the property.
The property is licensed with Denbighshire Council and insured for a maximum of ten guests.
Any more in the property would put us, the property and guests in breach with the council and invalidate the insurance.
FAQ
Is the BBQ gas or charcoal and is there tongs etc?
The BBQ is charcoal, and YES we provide charcoal and tongs etc.
How many parking spots are available for guests?
The car park will hold 5 to 6 cars (depending on size of cars), but we can find a couple more space if needed.
